Duck and cover!

The breakup of D.C.'s recent stormy relationship with... uh, storms, has allowed for some wicked sunlight/cloud interplay in the past few days. Here's one I spotted while walking across Key Bridge on Saturday afternoon. Appearing one day before the 10-year 9/11 anniversary, it was rather jarring. It looks like somebody dropped a Fat Boy on the National Mall – anybody else see this puffy leviathan?
