Tuesday will bring with it a higher liklihood for showers and storms.

Overnight: Mostly Cloudy, Showers & Fog Possible

Lows: Upper 60s | Wind: SSE 3-5 m.p.h.

Tuesday: Mostly Cloudy, PM T-Showers

Highs: Around 80 | Wind: SSE 4-8 m.p.h.

Wednesday: Mostly Cloudy, Stray Showers

Highs: Near 80 | Wind: S 4-8 m.p.h.

The weather pattern hasn’t changed much since Friday. High continues over the Atlantic while low pressure continues to spin over the Midwest. That leaves our area in an all too familiar pattern of mainly cloudy skies, humid southerly winds and the ever present chance for a few showers. The chances for rain and thunderstorms will increase somewhat tomorrow and Wednesday and Thursday. Later Thursday, a cold front will sweep across the region ushering in the coolest air mass we have seen in a long time. Over the weekend, there will be a definite chill in the air along with a few passing sprinkles. Find those sweaters and jackets you put away for the summer.
