A cool Halloween forecast, with a few showers overnight
Monday: Sun Mixing With PM Clouds
Highs: Mid 50s | Wind: SSE 5-10
Overnight: Cloudy; A Few Showers; Not As Cold
Lows: 40s | Wind: E 5-10
Tuesday: Early Clouds Giving Way To Sunshine
Highs: Mid 50s | Wind: N 5-10
High pressure will slowly give way to a trough digging in from the west and pushing through tonight. At the same time an area of low pressure will form off the east coast and push northeastward. These two features will mean that our sunny skies this morning will mix with and give way to increasing clouds as the day progresses.
Conditions for Trick-or Treat will be cloudy but dry with temperatures in the upper 40s to low 50s. Through the overnight a few showers will be possible but the good news is that it won’t be as cold with lows dipping into the 40s region wide.
High pressure builds into place Tuesday through Thursday allowing for plenty of sunshine with highs around 60 degrees each day.
An area of low pressure will pass through the region Friday however, right now, it looks rather weak and is lacking in moisture. With that in mind I will mention a chance for a few spotty showers at this point and reevaluate as we get a bit closer.
~ Happy Halloween, BOO!
