High clouds began to stream in overnight in advance of a weak weather system slated to sweep west to east across New England today. That cold front will make for a partly to mostly cloudy day, with milder air in the upper 60s and just a few spotty light showers along Interstate 70. Overnight skies clear with lows in the 40s.
High pressure builds in tomorrow with sunshine and mild highs. The nice pattern lingers into Wednesday before our next system approaches. A storm in the Plains will move our way Wednesday night and will bring with it periods of rain Thursday followed by chilly temperatures. Dry weather will return by next weekend, but it will be noticeably cooler. Have a great day.
