High pressure will build across the mid-Atlantic during the day with highs in the lower to middle 60s. Scattered clouds will remain overnight and mainly clear skies are expected in the mountains. Areas of frost may develop across the Shenandoah Valley and Potomac Highlands. Lows in the District and surrounding areas will fall into the lower 40s.
Sunday will be a couple degrees warmer with plenty of sunshine. A weak cold front may bring a few sprinkles Monday as highs approach the upper 60s and lower 70s. A stronger cold front arrives midweek bringing a better chance for clouds and showers.
