Unsettled weather will be the best way to describe the first half of the new work and school week. A cold front will stall across the area overnight and into Monday. Once the front starts to move, it will head northward as a warm front allowing for a slight bump in temperatures. Highs will be in the upper 60s and depending on the amount of sun, lower to middle 70s closer toward the District.

Shower and storm chances will increase dramatically during the late evening and overnight hours Tuesday and into Wednesday. Highs by Thursday and Friday will be in the upper 50s.
