The string of sunny days has ended...for now.

Overnight: Increasing cloudiness, Showers before sunrise

Lows: Around 60 | Wind: NE 5 m.p.h.

Wednesday: Scattered Showers, Breezy

Highs: Upper 60s | Rain: 0.25 to 1 inch

Thursday: Partly Cloudy, Breezy & Cooler

Highs: Low 60s | Wind: SW 10-20 m.p.h.

A cold front and associated area of low pressure over the Tennessee Valley and an area of low pressure over Florida will combine to bring rain and gusty winds to the area tomorrow. Right now, it appears the rain will begin before sunrise and continue at times throughout the day on Wednesday. The rain may be heavy at times. Rainfall totals will approach one inch in many areas before a cold front sweeps across the region tomorrow night. Another cold front will bring cooler and drier air to this area for the weekend.
