Cloudy skies, scattered showers and cool temperatures will remain over the region with highs in the upper 40s to mid 50s this afternoon. An upper-level low continues to spin over the Northeast and Mid Atlantic but the pattern is expected to break during the day tomorrow. Tuesday will feature the sun beginning to break through the clouds and warmer temperatures in the mid 60s.
Continued improvements will be noted for the rest of the week, with highs in the 70s the remainder of the work week and into the weekend. Not only will it be a bit warmer but the sunshine will be out as well with sunny skies anticipated Wednesday through the beginning of next week.
