Clouds have overtaken the mid-Atlantic and will bring showers and periods of rain overnight and into Wednesday. The heaviest rain will be west of the District, many areas will see one-half inch or more. Highs tomorrow will be in the 60s with milder temperatures Thursday and Friday. High pressure will build across the region for the upcoming weekend with highs in the 70s Saturday and Sunday.
