A frontal system will move towards the region from the west today bringing added clouds and the chance for a few spotty showers. High temperatures will still be above normal in the mid to upper 60s. Tonight, a few stray showers will continue to be possible with lows in the 50s in the northwestern suburbs to near 60 degrees in the D.C. Metro.
Tomorrow, mostly cloudy skies are expected once again as another disturbance will pass through the region. There is a better chance for rain tomorrow with the heaviest expected to move through during the evening and overnight hours. Highs will still be mild in the lower 60s.
Thursday and Friday will be much cooler to end the work week with highs only reaching the lower 50s each day. The weekend ahead will feature sunny skies on Saturday with highs in the mid to upper 50s. Sunday will be a bit warmer in the lower 60s under partly cloudy skies.
