A few pockets of rain this morning will give way to more widespread showers later in the day. There will not be any sunshine today to give us the bump in temperatures we saw yesterday, so highs in the 50s are likely. More showers are likely tonight with warming temperatures as a front lifts through the region. Tomorrow a few more showers and even a few thunderstorms are possible before a cold front finally sweeps through clearing out the clouds and rain. Highs will peak in the 60s with a breeze.
Sunny, breezy and seasonable best describes Thanksgiving Day as high pressure settles into the Mid-Atlantic. Expect highs in the upper 50s. As the high pushes eastward, we will see a southerly flow of milder weather Friday, boosting readings to low 60s for big shopping day. Weekend continues the pleasant trend with partly to mostly sunny skies and highs in the mid 60s. Have a great new week.
