High pressure will make for delightful conditions with highs in the lower 60s under mostly sunny skies. Tonight, lows will fall into the 30s in the suburbs to mid 40s inside the Beltway under mainly clear skies. A few high clouds will enter the region tomorrow but otherwise very pleasant conditions will continue with highs again in the lower 60s.
A weak system will pass over the Carolinas Thursday night into Friday. This will add a few extra clouds over the D.C. area, but no precipitation is expected. Highs Friday will be a touch cooler in the upper 50s to near 60 degrees. The weekend ahead will feature sunny skies on Saturday with highs a touch cooler in the mid 50s, then a few added clouds on Sunday with highs back up into the lower 60s.
