Our weather will remain unsettled into Wednesday before we dry out and sunshine returns for Thanksgiving day. Periods of rain, showers and drizzle can be expected today as a warm front begins to push back in our direction and through the region tonight. Areas of rain will accompany this front as it slides back north of the region overnight allowing warm air to return with temperatures slowly rising to around 60 degrees by sunrise Wednesday. A cold front will swing through Wednesday morning bringing with it more rain and even a few embedded thunderstorms. Partial clearing and gusty winds will follow during the afternoon with temperatures gradually cooling. High pressure builds back into place Thursday, Friday and through the weekend. The next storm system will impact the area early next week.
~ Have a good day!
