A low pressure center will swirl up the Appalachians today overspreading the region with rain. Expect showers to become more numerous throughout the day with upwards of an inch possible with higher amounts along the east slopes of the mountains. Highs remain mild (low 60s) this morning before dropping off this afternoon with a bit of a breeze. Showers taper overnight with temperatures slipping into the 40s.
Drier air moves in tomorrow with a cooler wind, keeping temperatures in the lower 50s which is “normal” for this time of year. This pattern remains tranquil into the back half of the week and weekend. Expect mostly sunny skies and typical late November/early December readings in the 50s. Don’t forget your umbrella and have a great day.
