A storm system off the coast is keeping clouds and the threat of showers across parts of the region early this morning. Locations most likely to see raindrops will be south and east of the District, closest to the storm. We do expect any showers to end with the sky gradually clearing towards dawn with an eventual warming trend pushing temperatures into the upper 50s, as high pressure will settle overhead.
Wednesday and Thursday will continue to be dry and enjoyable with temperatures rebounding into the 60s. A disturbance may bring a few more clouds to late Thursday into Friday with a chance for a couple of showers Friday, but the mild readings will continue. Have a great day.
Don’t forget we set our clocks back this weekend to Eastern Standard Time, at 2 a.m. Sunday officially, but generally most folks do it when they head to bed on Saturday night!
