A stationary front across the Mid-Atlantic will act as a conveyor belt in the atmosphere for the next couple of days. Areas of low pressure will move along the front bringing periods of rain along with average to above average temperatures. Up to 1 inch of rain may fall across the area through late Wednesday morning. Sometime around noon on Wednesday, a cold front will swing through… ending the rain and bringing in much drier and slightly cooler air. Skies will begin to clear Wednesday afternoon. The Wednesday evening commute should be dry. Thanksgiving and Friday will be sunny and pleasant with highs in the upper 50s and lower 60s.
