Expect another cold night across the mid-Atlantic as lows fall into the 20s. High pressure will keep skies clear with light winds. Sunshine and cool temperatures stay in the forecast Monday with highs in the middle to upper 40s. As the area of high pressure moves further to the east, a change in wind direction will bring milder air to the region. Highs by the end of the week will be in the middle to upper 50s with the potential (about 30-percent) for unsettled weather late Thursday into early Friday.
