High pressure will dominate the forecast across the mid-Atlantic for the next few days. Skies will be mainly clear with slightly below average temperatures. Winds will diminish overnight with lows in the 20s to near 30 degrees. Sunday will feature less wind, but cold temperatures. Highs will struggle to reach the lower 40s. As high pressure moves further east, a modest warming trend is expected by the middle of the upcoming week.
