As was most likely to be expected, the snow outlook for D.C. has diminished but the probability that it's going to get very cold is running high!

Now don't completely rule out our snow chances but the facts are starting to come together pointing to a minimal snow chance, and a high probability that it's going to get very cold to kick off 2012!
