Rain and flooding more concern than snow in D.C.
Overnight: Rain Ending Shortly Gusty Wind NO ICE or slippery roads
Lows: 33-37 | Wind: NW 15-30 by dawn

Today's storm is pretty much gone. A record 3+ inches of rain Winds and possible power outages still the primary risk. By tomorrow morning, roads in the metro area will be drying and temperatures will stay above freezing so no ice in the area. There is heavy snow across western Maryland and I'll show the latest ABC7 at 11.
