High pressure remains in control of our weather on this Friday allowing for plenty of sunshine and seasonable daytime highs in the upper 40s to near 50 degrees this afternoon. A dry cold front will push through the region today producing added clouds and a wind shift to the northwest. In the wake of this front daytime highs over the weekend and into Monday will run below average in the low 40s despite ample amounts of sunshine. Overnight lows will be rather chilly as well in the 20s to around 30s degrees. High pressure remains in control through the middle of next week with the next chance of rain arriving by Thursday.
