Friday will be pleasant to end the work week, with mostly sunny skies and high temperatures near the 50 degree mark. A weak frontal system will pass through the area Friday night into Saturday morning which will make for a cooler day on Saturday. Highs should only reach the mid 40s for the first part of the weekend under sunny skies. Sunday may see the coldest low so far this season, with lows in the 20s throughout the D.C. area and the first freeze is expected at Reagan National. Highs by Sunday afternoon should manage to reach the lower 40s under continued sunny skies.
