Temperatures: 35-39 | Precipitation: ending after evening rush
Overnight: Cloudy Early Clearing Late
Lows: 26-32 | Wind: W-NW 5-10
Tuesday: Mostly Sunny and Milder Afternoon
Highs: 50-55 | Wind: NW 5-10
A weak ripple to our south has brought the clouds and wet snowflakes across the area late this morning and afternoon. This will continue through the evening rush hour. High spots may see a dusting but ground is warm DC area and no local accumulation. But next few hours some light-moderate snow will still cause some slippery spots west and south of DC. Take a look at our interactive Futurecast below. Dry air pushes back tomorrow. A very wet storm across Texas and the south will move in late Wednesday with rain (sorry snow lovers no snow) that will likely bring over 1 inch of rain across the area by Thursday morning
