Southwest winds have brought another day of unusually mild weather to end January. Even so, this January, while almost 5° milder than average, won't even be in the list of the top 15 mildest Januarys. More than 7° cooler than mildest January which was in 1950. February will start off with the mild pattern with us; although, a weak weather front will bring more clouds than sun and a chane of a few morning light showers. Northwest winds on Thursday bring cooler air in with a chance of more showers, but into the weekend still no sign of any really cold air coming in. Temperatures still a bit above average into early next week.
