Coldest morning in last 345 days
Today: Increasing cloudiness and unseasonably chilly
Highs: lower 30s | Wind: SW 6-12
Tonight: A few flurries or snow showers and not as cold
Lows: 20s | Wind: Light
Tomorrow: Partly Cloudy and milder
Highs: Mid 40s | Wind: W 10
Not only is this the coldest morning in almost a year, it is also the coldest morning we will see for a while as warmer temperatures will head back to town. Clouds will increase today ahead of a minor weather impulse that could produce a few flurries or snow showers this evening. A change in the wind direction will return milder air, slowly but steadily, to our region through Saturday. Another disturbance will bring more clouds and a chance for rain showers by Sunday. The extended guidance shows a tendency for temperatures to remain above average through next week.
