D.C. forecast: cool Sunday followed by BIG warm-up

Under mainly clear skies, overnight lows will fall into the 20s to lower 30s. Clouds will increase on Sunday bringing a chance for a few sprinkles. Daytime highs will range from 45 to 50 degrees. Cool, yet above average temperatures remain in the forecast for Monday with a much larger boost Tuesday and Wednesday. Midweek temperatures will jump into the lower to middle 60s followed by a cool-down and unsettled weather by the end of the week.
