Freezing drizzle and fog lingers in spots
TODAY: Fog with patchy freezing drizzle this morning...warmer, showers later
Highs: into the 40s| Wind: S 5-10
TONIGHT: Rain ending with gradual clearing to follow
Lows: 30s | Wind: S to W 5-10
TOMORROW: Partly cloudy and much milder
Highs: low to mid 50s | Wind: W 5-10
Patchy freezing drizzle will be a hazard until temperatures rise above freezing. That hazard will lessen throughout the morning. Dense fog will reduce visibilities for drivers and this has become an added hazard this morning. And more rain is likely later today but by then, all areas should be well above freezing.
Skies will clear late tonight as a cold front sweeps into the region with drier air. Beautiful winter weather returns tomorrow and Wednesday and even into the day on Thursday. The next storm system could bring more rain to our area by Thursday afternoon or evening.
