Today: Rain...isolated thunderstorms later

Highs: 47°-53° | Wind: S/SE 10 mph

Tomorrow: Partly cloudy, breezy and unseasonably mild

Highs:  63°-67° |  Wind: W 10-15 mph

Friday: Partly cloudy with a 30% chance of showers

Highs:  57-°61°| Wind: SE 5-10 mph

We need some rain plus it will wash the pollen out of the air. So make the best of this rainy Wednesday. An area of low pressure will pass to our north later today and its attendant warm front and cold front will be our key weather makers. Rain will continue to spread from west to east and as we head through the afternoon, isolated thunderstroms are possible as the warm front crosses  the region. The cold front will approach later tonight with its own band of showers and isolated thunderstorms.

Tomorrow is the first day of March and the first day of Meteorological Spring. Will it come in like a lion and go out like a lamb? March will come in like a lamb and I expect that 31 days from now it will go out as one, too.
