The wacky winter weather patterns continue across our area. There will be plenty of sunshine today and temperatures will respond nicely into the lower and middle 50s. Cloudiness will return tonight and continue tomorrow as a new storm system and cold front approach.Periods of light rain will fall tomorrow. But on Friday, we will be enjoying another sunny and mild day, as high pressure builds back into the region. Partly sunny and pleasant weather will continue on Saturday.
There are still some unanswered questions about Sunday's weather. Some computer models continue to make their case that a storm system will affect our area. Other models have completely different solutions and others are flip-flopping. So, I continue to wait and watch. Right now, I feel pretty confident we will see considerable cloudiness and much cooler temperatures on Sunday. But am not in a position yet to forecast precipitation chances or type. We will continue to closely monitor computer guidance...that's what we do...and let you know as soon as we can responsibly make a call on rain, snow or whatever for Sunday.
