Quite a bit of sunshine today but gusty winds will keep a chiil in the air even as temperatures climb close to 50 degrees. Breezy conditions will continue for the next couple days but the wind direction will be changing and that will make a huge difference. High temperatures will reach the lower 50s tomorrow and near 60 degrees on Wednesday. A few sprinkles are possible tomorrow afternoon well north and west of Washington, partly cloudy skies otherwise.
By Wednesday, temperatures will reach 60 degrees. And on Thursday and Friday, we expect high temperatures to reach the middle 60s. Showers will be possible on Thursday and Friday. Right now, it appears the best chance for showers will be later Thursday into Friday morning. The extended guidance suggests it will turn much cooler by the weekend.
