Temperatures will rise into the 70s tomorrow and hang there through the rest of the week.

Tonight: Mostly Cloudy, Showers Possible

Lows: Mid 50s | Wind: S 4-8 m.p.h.

Tuesday: Partly Cloudy, PM Storms Possible

Highs: Mid 70s | Wind: SSW 5-10 m.p.h.

Wednesday: Mostly Sunny, Warm

Highs: Mid 70s | Wind: S 5-10 m.p.h.

A warm front is moving from west to east towards western PA and WV. There are areas of rain just ahead of this system and there is a chance we will see a few showers this evening through the overnight. Today offered just a taste of the spring-like warmth that will overspread our area for the rest of the week. Skies will be partly cloudy tomorrow and there is a chance of an afternoon thunderstorm. Wednesday and Thursday will feel very much like weather in the month of May…..under partly to mostly sunny skies, highs will climb into the middle and upper 70s.

On Friday, there will be a few more clouds and a chance of a few afternoon showers and thunderstorms. The Friday chances of rain will be due to the approach of a cold front from the north and east and that cold front will play a major role in the weather conditions across the region for the weekend. Right now, we have to recognize there is a chance this front could keep the weekend rather cloudy and a bit cooler with chance of more showers. The weekend is still several days away, so things could change.
