The weather turned out a little differently than I expected. My bad….Let’s see how the weekend forecast goes. We are watching a warm front across OH and KY this afternoon. It will advance eastward tonight followed by a cold front around sunrise tomorrow. Skies will remain mostly cloudy through tonight with a few sprinkles through the evening hours. There will be a little better chance of rain later tonight and overnight. Patches of light rain could linger early tomorrow morning. But as high pressure starts to build back into the area, I expect brightening skies and some afternoon sunshine. On Sunday, just ahead of another cold front, we’ll see partly cloudy skies and warmer temperatures…perhaps to 70 degrees during the afternoon. That cold front will cross the region Sunday night accompanied by scattered showers. Monday and Tuesday look pretty good. High pressure should produce partly cloudy and warm conditions with highs in the 70s.
Today’s pollen count was still in the high range but about 85% lower than yesterdays’ astounding numbers. And of course, any rainfall will temporarily give relief to allergy sufferers.
