Scattered showers will continue for a few more hours.

Overnight: Mostly Cloudy with Scattered Showers

Lows: 40s | Wind: SW to NW 10-15 m.p.h.

Friday: Partly Cloudy, Breezy & Mild

Highs: Upper 50s | Wind: NW 10-15 m.p.h.

Saturday: Mostly Sunny, Cooler

Highs: Around 50 | Wind: NW 5-10 m.p.h.

As the cold front gets closer to the area tonight , we will see scattered showers and then an abrupt wind shift to the northwest. This change will usher in cooler air overnight and most areas will find wake-up temperatures in the 40s. Partly cloudy, breezy and pleasant weather is expected tomorrow. The center of the next area of high pressure will be overhead on Saturday. This will produce mostly sunny skies but keep daytime temperatures closer to the 50 degree mark. By Sunday, the center of high pressure will have moved to the east and another warm-up will be underway. Extended guidance suggests highs will slowly climb back through the 60s and into the 70s next week.

This is another reminder to turn clocks ahead 1 hour before going to bed Saturday night…as we return to Daylight Saving Time on Sunday.
