After another foggy start in some areas, sunshine will be the story today with temperatures well into the 70s. Partly cloudy and mild conditions across the region tonigh with temperatures only falling into the 50s to around 60 degrees.
Partly cloudy and warm weather returns tomorrow but a cold front will change that during the afternoon and evening with increasing chances of showers and thunderstorms.
On Sunday, the weather picture will get more interesting and complicated. It appears an area of low pressure will devlop along the southeast Atlantic coast and move north along the coastline. This will bring the potential for heavy rain to parts of Southern MD, the Northern Neck and Delmarva. It's not out of the question some of the heavier rain could move farther westward toward the I 95 corridor and beyond. Areas of rain could continue into Monday.
