Our summery air mass is still with us and a few lingering showers and plain thunderstorms to the south of DC. Later tonight there another batch, in West Virgina and sotuhern Pensylvania. But by mid-morning to afternoon Saturday most any showers or thunder should be quite a bit to the south of the DC and cloudy, warm but dry weather for the Virginia Gold Cup. Later Saturday night with north winds less humid air continues to push in and Sunday looks pleasant and warm and "seasonable" Enjoy the weekend.
