Tomorrow will begin with some sun, but don't be fooled. Stay alert Friday afternoon and evening for changing weather conditions. A potent low pressure center and attendant cold front will produce lines of showers and thunderstorms as it approaches the Appalachians. The Storm Prediction is already discussing the possibility of severe weather in our area from this system. Strong thunderstorms with gusty winds, hail and tornadoes will be possible.
