After last night's flooding rains to the west of DC, we're carefully watching storms and showers developing this evening. There are Flash Flood Watches and Now Warnings out . Heavy showers now getting closer to the DC area. This pattern of humid, unstable air over us will gradually break and the holiday weekend still looks sunny but hot and humid
