A trough of low pressure, located roughly along the north to south spine of the Appalachians, will drift eastward as a couple areas of low pressure move from south to north. This will keep periods of beneficial rain falling across the region and may produce an occasional thunderstorm. A general southerly wind will keep temperatures around average even without much sunshine through the day tomorrow.
On Wednesday, the final area of low pressure will move through the area producing scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. A cold front will pass through the region bringing in noticeably drier air late Wednesday. High pressure will produce sunny and pleasant weather from Thursday through Saturday.
