Some needed showers are showing on live Doppler.  Unfortunately much of this will diminish as it approaches Washington later this afternoon so not everyone will see some needed rain.  The cool front moving through tonight will stall and again tomorrow-Wednesday there will be clouds and showers, but the rain more likely to be to the east of DC.  The rain totals at best will only be about 1/4 of an inch.  Later in the week, skies clear and sunny pleasant, if dry, conditions right into the Weekend.
