That low pressure system is still spinning off the coast of New England. The result will be another unsettled and cool day as little pieces of energy wrap around the parent low and keep a steady stream of cool clouds overhead .Like yesterday, there will be periods of sunshine and a few passing showers.High temperatures will be well below average. It looks as though we will continue with this unsettled pattern with a daily chance of showers tomorrow and Thursday. Temperatures will inch up a bit each day. By Friday, high pressure returns with more sunshine and highs around 80 degrees.
