A little sun, lots of clouds and a couple passing showers with temperatures well below average.

Tuesday: Lots of clouds, quite cool with a passing shower

Highs: Around 70 degrees | Wind: NE 5-10 mph

Overnight: Isolated showers otherwise partly cloudy

Lows: Low - mid 50s | Wind: NE 5-10 mph

Wednesday: Partly to mostly cloudy with a chance of showers

Highs: Mid 70s | Wind: Light

That low pressure system is still spinning off the coast of New England. The result will be another unsettled and cool day as little pieces of energy wrap around the parent low and keep a steady stream of cool clouds overhead .Like yesterday, there will be periods of sunshine and a few passing showers.High temperatures will be well below average. It looks as though we will continue with this unsettled pattern with a daily chance of showers tomorrow and Thursday. Temperatures will inch up a bit each day. By Friday, high pressure returns with more sunshine and highs around 80 degrees.

Over the weekend, the feel of summer returns as high temperatures are forecast in the upper 80s.
