Mostly cloudy skies will keep temperatures a bit cooler than they have been for the past few days. Areas of light rain will continue to overspread the area with a few heavier downpours and even a couple thunderstorms, especially this afternoon and this evening. Moisture is streaming norhward ahead of a cold front that will cross our area later tonight. High pressure will bring drier air to the area tomorrow and Thursday. But a reinforcing cold front could produce a few showers later Thursday.

Looking ahead to Friday and the weekend....the weather looks great. We are forecasting partly to mostly sunny weather with highs in the lower 80s.
