High pressure to the northwest will make for sunny skies and a pleasant northwesterly breeze around 10 to 20 mph. Highs today will be cooler, only reaching around the 80 degree mark. Tonight will again be clear and cool with lows in the 50s in the suburbs to 60s in town. Wednesday will begin to warm back up with highs in the mid to upper 80s, but humidity levels will continue to be held in check with dew points only in the 50s.
Thursday, the heat and humidity will be back with highs in the lower 90s and dew points in the mid 60s helping to make it feel even warmer. High temperatures will peak Friday and Saturday in the upper 90s and with dew points in the 70s there may be a dangerous heat and humidity combination leading to more heat advisories. There appears like there will also be a chance for storms both Friday and Saturday with a few of those possibly becoming severe.
