A cold front will move into the region today bringing with it the chance for storms. Some may be severe with damaging wind gusts. High temperatures ahead of the front will be hot in the lower 90s. Tonight, skies will be mostly cloudy and temperatures cooler with lows in the upper 60s to lower 70s. Saturday and Sunday will be less humid with highs in the upper 80s each day.
If you're heading to the beaches, Saturday appears to be warmer with highs in the mid 80s under partly cloudy skies. Sunday will see highs back into the upper 70s under partly cloudy skies. Looking ahead to next week, another disturbance will pass through the region on Monday with showers and storms. It will be much cooler come Tuesday and Wednesday with highs around 80 degrees.
