High pressure has been building into our area all day and the effects are noticeable…sunny and warm weather with no hint of rain. As this system strengthens over the weekend, we will enjoy mostly sunny skies and very warm temperatures. Highs will approach 90 degrees tomorrow and Sunday. Humidity levels will be comfortable tomorrow but will start to creep up just a bit on Sunday. The very warm and increasingly muggy conditions will continue into next week. Shower and thunderstorm chances will start to increase on Tuesday as a cold front slowly approaches the mid-Atlantic.
If you are heading to the Delmarva Beaches for the weekend you will be happy to know that it will be sunny all weekend with high temperatures around 80 degrees.
