Boy what a difference from last evening.  A quiet evening after the wild deluge last night that dumped almost 3" of rain in northeast Washington.  Live Doppler is quiet and showing some of the typical "noisy" pattern around the radar we often see on summer nights. .  Tomorrow much like today so a continued break from the searing heat even though today's high was average for July 11 . . .89°.  By this weekend winds turn into the southwest and the humidity really comes back along with the risk of afternoon thunderstorms and temperatures rise into the 90s.  At least well below the 105° of last Saturday
