The searing heat continues.  Saturday will be the peak with the high reaching 103° which would be a new record and some spots perhaps as high as 105°  Excessive heat warning for Saturday.  By Sunday a cool front will be close to bring some relief but with the high heat and humidity, that "relief" also means the risk of severe thunderstorms Sunday afternoon.  The front will slowly slide south and early next week finally a break in our run of 95° days.  Be safe over this weekend and hope everyone's power is back.
