Showers and thunderstorms will move across the mid-Atlantic overnight. Some of these storms will produce gusty winds and heavy rain along with potential warnings from the National Weather Service. Lows will be in the upper 60s to middle 70s. Monday brings the coolest (yet still above average) temperatures of the next five days and slightly lower humidity levels. Pop-up thundershowers are not out of the question, but limited to about 20-percent.
Heat and humidity will build Tuesday with highs back in the middle 90s. 4th of July will bring a chance for showers and thunderstorms with highs in mid to upper 90s.
