We are forecasting another partly cloudy and warm day with seasonable temperatures and low end chances for isolated afternoon thunderstorms. The pattern will repeat tomorrow. But on Friday some changes will be noticed as that stationary boundary south of Washington starts moving northward as a warm front. More clouds are forecast for Friday along with better chances for showers and thunderstorms.
