Expect a similar pattern to yesterday as the same stationary front hangs out south of Washington in the Carolinas. This will ensure a mix of clouds and sunshine with a few very isolated showers and storms. The best chance for any action will once again be north and west of the city. The front lifts north as a warm front before washing out overhead this weekend, bringing a better threat for scattered thunderstorms and warmer, more humid weather.
