Storms heat relief but power outages and more possible tomorrow

Tonight:  Chance of Thunderstorms, Otherwise Partly Cloudy & Warm

Lows: 72-77 | Rain: 1/4" some places

Wednesday: Sunny, Hot again, PM T'storms then Partly Cloudy

Highs: Near 95 | Rain: 50% Chance PM T'storms

Thursday: Sunny Very Hot Again

Highs: 95-100 | Heat Index: 100-105

Another very hot, miserable day for folks still without power.  High today 98° not much below the record.  There are thunderstorms now.  Keep an eye on live Doppler.  Some of these storms sure will hurt with return of power.  Power crews working as hard and as much as possible but can't be up in power lines during thunderstorms.  The heat will be with us into the weekend.  We are also likely to see some more thunderstorms tomorrow for the 4th of July.  They should diminish by evening so the fireworks, that haven't been canceled, should go off on time right around 9PM.  Have a safe 4th.
